Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ScriptDr.app™ ("ScriptDr," "we," "us," or "our"), a trade name of AuraNovum Inc. By accessing or using ScriptDr.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using ScriptDr.app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on ScriptDr.app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Script10 is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $89 USD per month. A ScriptDr™ account is required to purchase and use Script10.

The subscription automatically renews each month unless it is cancelled before the next renewal.

Customers may cancel their Script10 subscription from their ScriptDr™ account by going to My Reports and selecting “Cancel Subscription.”

When cancellation is requested, future renewal is stopped. The customer will continue to have Script10 access until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not immediately terminate access for a period that has already been paid for.

After the current paid billing period ends, the subscription will terminate and Script10 subscription access will end.

One-time purchases — Treatment Basic, Treatment Pro, and Script Individual — do not require a ScriptDr™ account.

1. One-Time ScriptDr Analyses

This applies to one-time purchases including Treatment Basic, Treatment Pro, and Script Individual.

A completed and successfully delivered digital analysis or report is generally non-refundable.

However, if a customer pays for an analysis and a ScriptDr technical problem causes the analysis to become stuck and not complete, fail during processing, fail to generate a usable report, or not be delivered, ScriptDr will first attempt to resolve the problem or provide a replacement or rerun at no additional charge.

If ScriptDr cannot successfully resolve or deliver the purchased analysis, ScriptDr may issue a refund for the affected eligible purchase.

A customer should not be required to pay for another analysis solely because the original paid analysis failed due to a ScriptDr technical problem.

2. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, or there is another verified billing error, ScriptDr will review the charge and provide an appropriate refund or correction where warranted.

3. Script10 Subscription

Script10 is $89 USD per month and automatically renews until cancelled.

Customers can cancel Script10 through My Reports.

Cancellation stops future renewal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

The customer keeps Script10 access through the remainder of the paid billing period.

The current paid subscription period is generally non-refundable once service access has been provided.

However, if an individual Script10 analysis becomes stuck, fails to complete, fails to generate a usable report, or is not delivered because of a ScriptDr technical problem, ScriptDr will attempt to restore or rerun that affected analysis without requiring the customer to purchase another analysis.

An individual failed analysis does not automatically require a refund of the entire Script10 monthly subscription.

Exceptional subscription or technical circumstances may be reviewed individually.

4. ScriptDr Slate Pro

ScriptDr Slate Pro uses custom studio licensing and invoice-based billing.

Slate Pro commercial terms, billing, cancellation, service commitments, and any applicable refunds may also be governed by the customer's individual studio licensing agreement.

ScriptDr does not promise an automatic refund of an entire Slate Pro agreement because one analysis fails.

If an individual Slate Pro script analysis becomes stuck, fails during processing, fails to generate a usable report, or is not delivered because of a ScriptDr technical problem, ScriptDr will attempt to restore, rerun, or otherwise remedy the affected analysis without charging the customer an additional per-analysis fee solely because of that technical failure.

If a technical or billing issue cannot be resolved, it should be reviewed according to the applicable Slate Pro licensing agreement and circumstances.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

ScriptDr may review exceptional refund requests individually.

Nothing in this refund and cancellation policy should limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.

Temporary source files uploaded for standard single-script analyses are securely and automatically deleted according to our standard 60-minute deletion policy. For ScriptDr Slate Pro and ScriptDr Slate Pipeline bulk-analysis sessions, temporary source files may remain available for the duration of the secure bulk-processing session and are securely deleted when that session expires, no later than 12 hours after the session begins.

ScriptDr offers optional originality and plagiarism analysis features for Book Analysis through third-party technology provided by Copyleaks.

When a user selects and purchases the Plagiarism Detection add-on, ScriptDr may submit the uploaded content to Copyleaks for similarity analysis and originality assessment purposes.

Copyleaks results are provided as analytical assessments only. They do not constitute a legal determination of plagiarism, authorship, ownership, copyright infringement, or whether content was created using artificial intelligence.

ScriptDr does not guarantee that any originality report represents a definitive legal conclusion. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, and ownership of submitted content.

ScriptDr™ may issue a Script Certification & Rating Index (SCRI™) Certificate with eligible analysis products.

An SCRI™ Certificate records and verifies the ScriptDr™ analysis certification associated with an eligible submitted work, including its unique SCRI™ verification information.

SCRI™ Certificates may be verified through ScriptDr™'s public certificate verification system.

An SCRI™ Certificate represents a ScriptDr™ analysis and certification credential. It does not constitute copyright registration, legal approval, legal advice, ownership verification, or registration with any government agency, guild, association or other third party.

SCRI™ scores, ratings, analysis findings and certification do not guarantee financing, representation, production, publication, distribution, acquisition, commercial success, awards, audience performance or any other market outcome.

The materials on ScriptDr.app are provided on an "as is" basis. ScriptDr.app makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall ScriptDr.app or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ScriptDr.app.

The materials appearing on ScriptDr.app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ScriptDr.app does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ScriptDr.app may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

ScriptDr.app has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ScriptDr.app of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

ScriptDr.app may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These Terms and your use of ScriptDr™ are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
